Kpobikorpe outreach happened between the 11th to 17th May, 2017, in the Greater region of Ghana. It was well attended with dedicated young men and women who were poised to make a difference in their Christian faith. Preparation was good and the missions team was great. The energy was high since we all had great expectation for the outreach at Kpobikorpe.
The outreach in Kpobikorpe was a divine errand for me as God had an agenda to set souls free from the camp of the evil one especially the young folks who were engaged in all kinds of things not good for their future. Many of the young men and women were into drugs and also many of them had dropped out of school, with many of the young ladies already pregnant, not knowing what is in the future for them. With team dedication and commitment, the spiritual needs of the youth were well attended to.
The evening and day time one-on-one evangelism recorded great successes as the people were willing to see change in their lives, as they were also willing to start new chapters of their lives with the Lord Jesus Christ. Based on our intel, we noticed that most of the indigenes were into idol worship, especially seeking powers for their daily activities. We, by the leading of the Holy Spirit had the right message for them and they had soon embraced it without delay. With hours and days of prayer and fasting, as well as teachings based on their needs, they felt peace as the Holy Spirit gave many of them deliverance. Healing was established by the administration of the Holy Spirit.
We engaged an Apostolic Church that shared compound with us to continue from where we started and ended. As part of our charity work, we celebrated the Easter season with them by sharing food items like rice, oil as well as clothing, dresses, shoes and confectionaries for the children.
As part of ensuring their spiritual forwardness in Christ, we continue to encourage those we are in touch with to journey on in their faith in the Lord Jesus without fail. Where counseling is needed, we delegate people who are well inclined in strategic successful engagements to meet their need. We left early at dawn back to where we came from.
